MediHerb ThyAdren Support contains a blend of nutrients combined with the herb Rehmannia. Included in the nutrient mix is the amino acid tyrosine, vitamins B, C, E and D, and minerals zinc, iodine and selenium.

Mode of Action
L-tyrosine is a precursor for the synthesis of the catecholamines epinephrine, norepinephrine, dopamine and the thyroid hormone thyroxine. Iodine is an essential constituent of the thyroid hormones T3 and T4. Zinc and selenium also play a role in the correct metabolism of thyroid hormones, as well as acting as important constituents of antioxidant enzyme systems. Vitamin C is required for the synthesis of norepinephrine and epinephrine by the adrenal gland and combined with vitamin E, assists in maintaining peripheral circulation and promoting general health and well-being through supporting normal organ function. Rehmannia has been used in Traditional Chinese Medicine and helps in the improvement of general well-being.
