Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1- 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Your item will be sent within 24 hours of processing provided the item is in stock. In rare instances there may be delays due to the carrier facing high delivery volumes. These rare instances are beyond our control.

In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Tauranga office(Be Vital Chiropractic - 16 Bethlehem Road, Bethlehem). After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days provided the item is in stock with our supplier. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Should you wish to pick up your order on the same day you will need to contact our office by phone or email for confirmation that your items are available at your desired pickup location.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. For more information regarding returns please visit our refund policy.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@vitalitybase.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
In the event that you did not receive your package as expected, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and explain that your package is missing. Once we receive your email we will seek confirmation of delivery from the carrier. In such an event that the item is missing despite there being proof from the carrier of the item's delivery to your address, the package will be deemed to be stolen. In the event a package is deemed to be stolen, we accept no responsibility for reimbursement or replacement of the stolen package. In such an instance it is advisable to contact the police to report the missing item. In the unlikely and unfortunate instance where a package has been stolen, we will assess if there is a way we can be of help in supplying a replacement at a discounted price in an effort minimise the financial cost of such an event for the purchaser.
