Orthoplex Mito Maintain is a second generation formulation developed with targeted nutrients to support energy production and maintain energy levels in the mitochondria. Providing 150mg of ubidecarenone and 1g of levocarnitine with twice daily dosing, Mito Maintain contains activated B vitamins and minerals.

Levocarnitine 500mg
Thiamine hydrochloride 15mg
Riboflavin sodium phosphate 7.5mg
Nicotinamide 12.5mg
Calcium pantothenate 5.5mg
Pyridoxal 5-phosphate monohydrate 2.5mg
Levomefolate calcium 108.4μg
Mecobalamin 250μg
Biotin 125µg
Zinc (as Zinc citrate dihydrate) 7.5mg
Selenium (as Selenomethionine) 35μg

Manufacturing excipients: Ascorbyl palmitate, colloidal anhydrous silica, hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose, purified water.

Adult Dose: Take 1 capsule twice daily with food, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

Warnings: Large capsule. Swallow with a glass of water. Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice. This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Vitamin, mineral and nutritional supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
