Orthoplex FemmeBiotic™ V-Intensive is a lactoferrin and lactobacilli combination featuring L. rhamnosus ProBioEtna CA15™. 10 days of oral supplementation with CA15 has been demonstrated in a 2025 clinical trial to help temporarily relieve symptoms including mild vaginal itch, discomfort and excessive discharge.

CA15 helps support healthy vaginal microflora, by increasing vaginal lactobacilli and antagonising a wide range of urogenital pathogens such as Gardnerella, Candida spp., Staphylococci, and E. coli. CA15 also helps support healthy vaginal pH, while lactoferrin combined with L. acidophilus La-14 and L. rhamnosus HN001™ helps maintain vaginal health and healthy vaginal flora.

Ingredients - each capsule contains:
Lactobacillus rhamnosus ProBioEtna CA15™ 10 billion CFU
Bovine lactoferrin 50 mg
Lactobacillus acidophilus La-14 4 billion CFU
Lactobacillus rhamnosus HN001™ 1 billion CFU

Manufacturing excipients: Ascorbyl palmitate, colloidal anhydrous silica, hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose, purified water. Incidental excipients: Maize starch, maltodextrin.

Adult Dose: Take 1 capsule daily for 10 consecutive days per month or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
