BioEnhanced Methyl-B

Orthoplex BioEnhanced Methyl-B supports cardiovascular health by providing the crucial cofactors, L-5-MTHF, P-5-P, and methylcobalamin, involved in methylation. This low excipient formula also includes nicotinamide riboside, one of the most highly researched nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+) precursors, as part of its activated and methylated B vitamin profile. 

Depleted increasingly with age, NAD+ is an essential coenzyme involved in electron transfer reactions and multiple metabolic pathways including oestrogen, progesterone and insulin production.

Adult Dose: Take 1 capsule daily with food, or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner.
