Nascent Iodine is Iodine it an atomic form – this is different to other forms of iodine which occur at a molecular level. Nascent Iodine is easily used by the body as after digestion it recognizes the nascent iodine as the same type of iodine the thyroid uses so it is absorbed into the body in the same way natural iodine produced by the body.

Ingredients: 1 drop = 246mcg of Iodine (Atlantic Kelp)

Additional ingredients: Deionised Water, Kosher Vegetable Glycerin

Dose: To raise Iodine levels have up to 2-6 drops daily, this can build up in your body over time so you can reduce the dose over time.

For ideal absorption take 30 minutes before food or 1 hour after food, medication or supplements.

Warnings: Avoid use after 4pm as Nascent Iodine can raise energy levels and keep you awake at night.
