Nicotinamide 16 mg

Zinc amino acid chelate 38 mg

Dosage: Adults - For mild eczema and dermatitis symptom relief and to support skin health: Take 1 capsule a day with food, or to reduce skin sensitivity and redness, and/or improve skin elasticity: Take 2 capsules at once, daily with food.
