Mushroom Forte

Contains a specific ratio of Maitake, Reishi and Shiitake mushrooms in a synergistic formula (patent pending). Made with fruiting body extracts for confidence in the level of mushroom beta-glucans.

Ingredients:

Ganoderma lucidum (Reishi) extract 187.5 mg
derived from mushroom fruiting body dry 3 g

Lentinula edodes (Shiitake) extract 750 mg
derived from mushroom fruiting body dry 3 g

Grifola frondosa (Maitake) extract 622.5 mg
derived from mushroom fruiting body dry 2.5 g

Directions: Adults: 7.5 mL, twice daily

Allergen Information: MediHerb Mushroom Forte  is free from Gluten, soya bean, milk, lactose, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, crustacea, corn, egg, sesame seeds, artificial sweeteners, colours or flavours.

Excipients: Ethanol, purified water

Warnings

  • Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice.
  • Contains ethanol 20% v/v.
  • Contraindicated in known allergy to Shiitake and caution in those with a general sensitivity to mushrooms.
  • Monitor patients who are taking antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs.
  • Discontinue 7 days prior to general anaesthesia.
  • Children under two years of age should not be treated for symptoms of respiratory tract infections without medical advice.
  • If patient symptoms persist, seek additional professional advice.
