MediHerb L-Phase

• A unique combination of Chaste Tree, Paeonia and Chamomile with selective nutrients aimed at supporting the luteal phase of the female reproductive cycle
• Vitex agnus-castusis traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve menstrual cycle irregularity, PMS and mastalgia
• Paeonia may be used to manage a range of conditions associated with hormonal imbalance, such asPMS, PCOS, ovulatory failure, infertility and endometriosis
• Chamomile contains the flavonoid apigenin which acts as a phytoprogestin, and has shown to assist in menstrual irregularity. Also traditionally used for dysmenorrhea and as a calming nervine
• Iodine, zinc, manganese, selenium and B6 all play important roles in ovarian function, ovulation and luteal phase function

Each tablet contains:

Vitex agnus-castus extract derived from fruit dry	1 mL 500 mg
Paeonia lactiflora extract derived from root dry	375 mg 1.5 g
Matricaria chamomilla extract derived from flower dry	2 mL 1 g
Pyridoxal 5-phosphate monohydrate equiv. Pyridoxine (Vit. B6	12.5 mg 7.95 mg
Manganese amino acid chelate equiv. Manganese	12.5 mg 2.5 mg
Potassium iodide equiv. Iodine	99 mcg 75 mcg
Selenomethionine equiv. Selenium	188 mcg 75 mcg
Zinc citrate equiv. Zinc	36.8 mg 12.5 mg

Adult Dosage:
1 tablet twice daily.

Allergen Information:
No Added: Gluten, soya bean, milk, lactose, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, crustacea, corn, egg, sesame seeds, artificial sweeteners or flavours

Excipients:
Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, colloidal anhydrous silica, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycollate.

Warnings, Contraindications and Cautions:

• Vitex agnus-castus may affect hormones and medicines such as oral contraceptives. Consult your health professional before use.
• Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. [Contains vitamin B6].
• This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
• Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
