MediHerb® Curcuma Active contains all 3 curcuminoids found in Turmeric (curcumin 70-75%, demethoxycurcumin 15-20% and bisdemethoxycurcum 5-10%) bound to a Sunflower oil derived Curcumin-Phospholipid Complex. In healthy volunteers, at a dosage of 209 mg per day, the relative absorption of curcuminoids in the Curcumin- Phospholipid Complex was 27.2 times higher than that
of a regular curcuminoid extract1, which provides similar absorption to that achieved from taking 5.7 g of curcuminoids alone. A dose of 376 mg of the phospholipid complex produced an even greater absorption of 31.5 times higher compared to curcuminoids alone. This would equate to taking 11.8 g
of curcuminoids.

Curcuma longa phospholipid complex 500 mg
    derived from Curcuma longa fresh rhizome 16.5 g
 Standardised to contain curcuminoids
   of Curcuma longa 100 mg

Dosage and Administration
Adults: 1 to 2 tablets daily
