Ingredients:
Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender) 400mg
Withania somnifera (Withania) 1g
Piper methysticum (Kava) 2.8g
Excipients: Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, colloidal anhydrous silica, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch and glycollate.

Dose: Adults take 1 tablet 2-3 times daily.
