Directions for use:
Dissolve contents of one sachet (2 g) in 100 mL of lukewarm  water or milk alternative.
Leave for one minute and stir gently  before consuming, preferably on an empty stomach before  breakfast or at bedtime.
Adults: Consume 1 sachet (2 g) once or twice daily
Children aged over 1 year: Consume 1 sachet (2 g)  once or twice daily. Do not exceed 2 sachets per day.
