Advanced Bone Health

Opti D3 & K2 contains highly bioavailable and bioactive MK-7, combined with vitamin D3 to create an optimal formula for bone health. Vitamin D3 and K2 play a key role in the development and maintenance of healthy bones and teeth by providing increased absorption of calcium and phosphorous.

• Contains 180 micrograms of vitamin K2 Menaquinone-7 (MK-7). MK-7 has a longer half-life than other forms of vitamin K2 resulting in more stable serum levels (7-to-8-fold) and higher accumulation levels during prolonged intake.
• Contains 1000 IU of vitamin D3 to increase serum and storage levels of vitamin D.
• MK-7 has superior extra-hepatic distribution to other forms of vitamin K and has been associated with lower risk of fractures and higher bone mass density.
