UM Calm

Advanced Magnesium Blend. UM Calm is a lemon lime flavoured vegetarian oral powder that contains 300 mg of magnesium per 7.5 g dose to help support nervous system function, as well as helping to relieve tiredness and fatigue. Magnesium can also help relieve mild muscle spasms when dietary intake is inadequate and choline aids in the
synthesis of neurotransmitters.

Ingredients. Each 7.5 g dose contains: 

Minerals: 
Magnesium (as magnesium amino acid chelate – UltraMag®) 200 mg
Magnesium (as magnesium glycerophosphate – GIVOMAG™) 100 mg
Total magnesium 300 mg Calcium (as calcium glycerophosphate) 50 mg
Zinc (as zinc amino acid chelate) 7 mg

Nutrients:
Inositol (myo-inositol) 1 g
Taurine 500 mg
Choline (as choline bitartrate) 300 mg
Glycine 250 mg
Herbal extract standardised equiv. to dry: Camellia sinensis (green tea) leaf 250 mg equiv. to dry 20 g std. equiv. to theanine 55 mg

Other:
Alpha casozepine enriched hydrolysed
milk protein – Lactium® 75 mg

Dose:
Adults: Take 7.5 g (1 heaped scoop) once a day, or as professionally prescribed. Mix in 100 mL of water or juice and consume immediately.
