Bio-Practica RejuvaSLEEP FORTE is specifically formulated with a potent combination of herbs traditionally used in herbal medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to assist with restful sleep.

• To assist wit restful sleep
• Used for difficulty falling or staying asleep (Ziziphus)
• To assist with nervous unrest, mental stress and restlessness.

Ingredients:

Each RejuvaSLEEP FORTE N tablet contains:

• Medicago sativa (Herbatonin® blend) leaf ext. dry conc. 42 mg; from fresh leaf 3.78 g
• Ziziphus jujuba var. spinosa (Jujube) seed ext. dry conc. 250 mg; from dry seed 5 g
• Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) herb top flowering ext. dry conc. 90 mg; from dry herb top flowering 1.8 g
• Eschscholzia californica (California poppy) herb ext. dry conc. 166.67 mg; from dry herb 1 g
• Lavender oil 40 mg

• Vegetarian and vegan friendly formula.
• No added wheat, yeast, gluten, soy, egg, dairy, animal products, corn, nuts and artificial colours, flavours and preservatives.
• Free from SLS and magnesium stearate. 

Dose: Adults take 1-2 tablets daily in the evening.

Warnings: Do not use in combination with other sedatives.
