Efamol Rigel® evening primrose oil 1000mg Total Omega-6 providing: 755mg
Gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) 115mg
Vitamin E (dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate) 10mg
Also contains: Gelatin capsule, glycerin

Dosage - Adults: When using for the first time take 3 caps daily with food for an initial 12 weeks

Maintenance dose: 1 capsule daily, with food

Children (6-12 years): use as directed by your healthcare professional.
