Organic Powder PHGG (Formally MTHFR Partially Hydrolysed Guar Gum PHGG) 250g

This organic guar gum is hydrolysed to break the guar gum into smaller units, greatly decreasing its viscosity and allowing the particles to dissolve more readily, while maintaining the original fibre content.

Dosage: start by introducing ¼ scoop in a large glass of water after dinner and slowly increase weekly until 1-2 scoops/ day is reached. Can be mixed with magnesium and/ or vitamin C supplement.

Ingredients: 100% partially hydrolysed guar gum.No added: gluten, soy, milk, lactose, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, crustaceans, corn, egg or artificial colours and sweeteners.

Serving Size: Up to 2 scoops per day.
